2024 Pinot Gris – Yakima Valley


Ripe pear, apple, and peach notes along with faint Meyer lemon aromas dancing with delicate floral notes of honeysuckle. The Meyer lemony citrus offers a refreshing acidity and a weighty feeling on the middle of your tongue. With its zesty acidity, it pairs well with fresh vegetables, fish, shellfish, and lighter meals.

2022 Rosé of Pinot Noir – Yakima Valley


A pale pink hue with notes of ripe red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry.
 Medium acidity and dry on the tongue. Serve cold to keep it zesty. 
 Perfect pairing with this wine would be a summer evening and takeout Greek Gyros with dill tzatziki
.

2022 Cabernet Franc - Columbia Valley
Deep intense color. Tobacco and cigar box notes with subtle hints of ground coffee, leather, bell pepper, and olives. Velvety on the tongue with jammy fruit-forward red fruit (strawberry and raspberry) flavors well supported by the tannins. Perfect pairing would be roasted lamb, wild game, and even rich lentil stews.

2020 Merlot – Columbia Valley


Rich and expansive on the tongue, this balanced Merlot offers inviting notes of plum and cherry with a hint of vanilla. Juicy and fruit forward while dancing around silky tannins and balanced acidity. Perfect pairing with this wine would be rack of lamb, roast veal, or Filet Mignon with peppercorn sauce.
