2018 Syrah (OV18WSSY)
Deep, dark and full-bodied. Notes of black pepper, anise, dark cherries and huckleberry jam along with a hint of juniper berries. Dry and heavy on the tongue with a peppery finish.
For pairing: Steak au poivre (peppercorn crusted steak) or for those that are fans of beef and bacon, a bacon wrapped Filet Mignon would also work tremendously well.
